Our Sales Representatives come from various backgrounds and we have many successful Representatives that do not have sales or insurance experience, so this is not a requirement, but a plus. Our comprehensive training program will assist those that are unlicensed in attaining necessary credentials, which is a short and easy process. We do find, however, that our top sales performers have the following skills and abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personal Motivation/drive
Goal-Oriented
Sales, retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience
Experience in Life, Health, or personal lines of insurance (not required)
