Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated to fulfill the Hotel Supervisor position to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
As the Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.
Duties:
- Help with hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
- Learn the front desk system and the hotel operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality - Strong knowledge of phone etiquette, guest services, hospitality industry practices, and front desk operations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on employee development and motivation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff members.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
