Cassidy Land Development, LLC Cassidy Land Development, LLC Winter Haven, FL Winter Haven, FL Full-time Full-time $50,000 - $60,000 a year $50,000 - $60,000 a year 22 hours ago 22 hours ago 22 hours ago The individual that we seek will be responsible for supporting Cassidy Land Development (CLD) team members, consultants, and contractors in the administration of multiple land development construction projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
Assist project management staff with the administration and tracking of contract documents, change orders, Requests For Information (RFI's), submittal logs, design & construction schedules, pay applications, invoices, and other design and construction related documentation.
Support coordination for scheduling and project status update information in the CLD database program, MS Project scheduling program, and Oracle NetSuite programs.
Maintain project files electronically, coordinating with other departments to ensure organized and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with project management staff and Accounting Department to support regular updating of project budgets and proformas.
Schedule and attend project meetings as required and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Support the tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of project schedules for land development projects for entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and post-construction activities.
Assist with the maintenance of a comprehensive land development cost information database, with reports and spreadsheets, to provide the CLD team with real-time access to accurate cost information used to update project development budgets and provide forecasts for future expenditures.
Qualification Preferences:

years of work experience with 1
years in Project Administration, Construction Administration, or Coordinator role.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in project administration is a plus.
Must be focused, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize, with good multitasking skills.
Excellent math, organizational, communication, time-management, and written skills.
Experience with construction documents, contracts, change orders, project schedules, pay applications, and invoicing a plus.
Proficiency with office software preferred (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, MS Project) and comfortable with learning new tools and software quickly.
