We have an immediate need for TWO experienced Estimators to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all pre-construction and estimating Maintain close contact with operations teams and lead project turnover.
Review job performance and implement changes based on outcome Provide and maintain workload charts and bidding/project lists Manage final bidding & tab sheet reviews Manage and execute proposals for negotiated and hard-bid projects Review final estimates/budgets with estimators, including any value engineering efforts Capable of providing accurate and detailed cost models, budgets, spending forecasts, and schedules Liaison between current and future clients and other strategic partners Oversee bidding of all projects.
Review estimates and make required revisions to submit competitive and profitable proposals The ideal candidate will have 5
years of experience in commercial or multi-family, hotel, and commercial construction estimating BA in Construction Management, preferred (experience outweighs formal education) Culture and success driven mentality Willing to travel when needed High level of integrity and moral standards Please only apply if you're actively seeking and able to start within 1-2 weeks after accepting an offer.
