We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Manage incoming and outgoing mail - Maintain a tidy reception area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Coordinate events and meetings as needed Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or as a receptionist is preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong clerical and organizational skills - Ability to proofread documents for accuracy - Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.
