Primary duties of the position include tracking timelines relevant to the contract, ordering title work and a property survey, assisting with obtaining requisite insurance, communicating with the lender and mortgage broker, issuing, and sending the title commitment, assembling the loan closing package, preparing, and processing legal documents, and liaising with all parties to the contract.
Must have experience in survey and title examination and clearing matters of title where appropriate.
Must be able to do a closing from Contract to Closing.
