Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Commercial Officer and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, generating reports, and other documents.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of Chief Commercial Officer as designated, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of Chief Commercial Officer, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to President/CEO.
Performs additional duties as assigned by Chief Commercial Officer.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Work occasionally requires a high level of mental effort and strain when performing essential duties.
Must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with time constraints and interruptions.
Work may require more than 40 hours per week.
Travel as designated by Chief Commercial Officer PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

There is a moderate level of grasping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling of objects of less than 25 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
