Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant for Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential in managing administrative duties effectively.

Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to real estate agents and brokers.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, prospects, and business partners.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of marketing materials and property listings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, records, and filing systems.
Prepare and process contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assist in coordinating and facilitating property transactions, including coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and gather relevant data for real estate projects.
Assist in maintaining the office inventory and ordering necessary supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and real estate software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
